Hello everyone! 
A very warm welcome to you guys and thank you so much for participating in our forum. We are a group of Communications and New Media Students from the National University of Singapore. This forum is established as an integral part of our group project in NM4218: "Knowledge Management: Approaches and Critique". In this group project, what we have to do is to set up a virtual Community of Practice (CoP) using an online forum to discuss the chosen topic, which is "Middle East Conflict". Our team will invite at least 25 participants to contribute actively in sharing knowledge about this topic and facilitate the discussions.
This forum will last for approximately 7 weeks (from the last week of January till the second week of March). After the forum closes, we shall draw a Concept Map of the information collected and write Reflections on our team's experience running the online CoP. Hence, your constructive participation in our forum will definitely help us tremendously in creating a comprehensive concept map for our project. Moreover, as we have intentionally invited a number of participants who are well-versed in this topic, you will have the opportunities to interact with many passionate and like-minded people and at the same time broaden your knowledge on such issues.
Our team can't do this alone and we hope to see you guys participating actively for the next 7 weeks. If you guys have any feedback, don't hesitate to talk to us.
